What you need to know
A look & feel customization of the emails and the booking widget is available for TIMIFY Premium and Enterprise subscribers on request.
The adjustments will be invoiced separately as an Ad-On fee in addition to the subscription price.
Creation and use of a variant of customised e-mail templates (texts, colours, logo) Adaptations are made on the basis of the TIMIFY e-mail customisation template.
Creation and use of an individually customised booking widget (colours, logo) Adaptations are made on the basis of the TIMIFY Widget Customization Template.
Minimum term: Tied to the term of the existing TIMIFY subscription
Up to 4 change loops possible within the term.
Your sender domain cannot be customized in the email customization and would have to be ordered separately from us. See link at the end of the article.
What we need from you
Fully completed PDF templates of email and/or widget customisation
Your company logo freely placed (transparent) and as .png file
Your complete billing address for the monthly or annual invoice
General description
We offer the customisation of the email confirmation and/or the booking widget separately to the TIMIFY subscription as an Ad-On for our Premium and Enterprise customers with an existing subscription. By adding this package, we can customise your emails and booking widget to your individual branding (logo, colours, texts).

Just contact our support via our support button on www.timify.com or directly in your account if you are interested and send us the completed PDF templates back + your logo.
We need on average 3 to 5 working days for the implementation after we have received everything from you.
