Essential app information:
This is a TIMIFY Enterprise app. If you would like to trial Enterprise for free, you can upgrade for two weeks straight from your TIMIFY account.
Calls made using this app are chargeable. Prices start at 0.0046 cent/minute and go up to 0.08 cent/minute.
MeetMe is browser-based: this means there is no software for you or your participants to download. The app works on all browsers that use Amazon Chime SDK for JavaScript. These include:
Mozilla Firefox (version 60 and later),
macOS and Windows Google Chrome (version 78 and later)
macOS, Windows, and Ubuntu LTS (16.04 and later)
Chromium-based Edge (version 79 and later),
Windows Safari (version 12, audio and video only, no content sharing)
macOS Safari (version 13 and above, content sharing with screen capture requires turning on the Develop Experimental Features, Screen Capture feature in the browser)
macOS Opera (version 66 and later), for macOS and Windows
How to add the MeetMe App to your account
Log into your account via your web app (this is important!), then go to Apps -> App Marketplace and select the TIMIFY MeetMe App. You will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions before you can start using the app.
Once you install the app, your app home screen will open, and should look similar to the below. You're ready to add the services and groups you want to trigger meetings for, plus manage your communication preferences. For help on using the app, check out this article.
